Return Policy: We Promise that all our products are in perfect condition when they are sent.
We accept returns as long as they are in the same condition as when they were sent out. Please contact us as soon as you have received your item on: sales@guerssen.com and specify exactly how many goods you want to return and their name/reference. Please also enclose the receipt of payment and an explanation of your reasons for returning the product.
We do not refund the postage costs of any returned goods.
